Subd. 2. Administration. In cot'~junction with their respective <br />duties in administ~'atil~g the City's Subdivision Chapter, Zoning Chapter al~d other related <br />land use and planning chapter's, the City's Zoning Administrator, Plmming Commissior~ <br />and Couucil shall insure that this Chapter is complied with. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Lots of Record. This Chapter is intended to apply to all <br />parcels of land within tl-~e City, regardless of whether a parcel was of record before or <br />after the time of enactment of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Variat~ces.
