Subd. 9. Whether the applicant's proposed engineering control and <br />management technologies provide the levels of protection afforded by other available <br />technologies or alternative waste disposal processes. <br /> <br /> Subd. 10. Whether the proposed use would adversely impact the <br />groundwater or soils on the site. <br /> <br /> Subd. 11. Whether the applicant will provide for appropriate handling <br />and treatment of: surface water runoI~f, wastewater and collected leachate. <br /> <br />9.14.12 Reports, Plans, Monitoring.
