Git5, Attorney Goodrich replied in theory yes. City Aclministrator Norman stated that it is <br />cli:fficult to compare the Town Center project to other developments ill the City because it is such <br />an enormous project. Councilmerr~ber Zimmemmr~ stated that his concern is that he does not <br />want Ramscy Town Center, LLC to complain that they are being treated diff'erently than other <br />developers in tile City. Councilmerr~ber Kurak suggested that staff get some language from the <br />developer to address those concerns.
