Subd. 2. .Administration. In conjunction with their respective <br />duties in adminisn-ating the City's Subdivision Chapter, Zoning Chapter and other related <br />land use and planning chapters, the City's Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission <br />and Council shall insure that this Chapter is .complied with. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Lots of Record. This Chapter is intended to apply to aU. <br />parcels of land with.in the City, regardless of whether a parcel was of record before or <br />after the time of' enactment oft his Chapter. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Variances. Variances from the strict e~zforcen'J, ent of this <br />Chapter may be ganted in accordance with the procedures and requirements of the <br />Var/ance Section of the Zoning Chapt?r of Lkis Code, wt~ich is specifically §9.03.05. <br /> <br />Historical Note <br /> <br />Established by Ord. #73-05, May 2 I, 1973. <br /> <br /> Ord. #79-3 amended §9.13.0I Subd. 4, adding "All <br />required area of' contiguous class I [and availability may <br />include t_hat portion of the lot or parcel used for building <br />construction ~d all such areas may include building set- <br />back requirements, except that there must be adequate <br />area for septic tank construction in the 1990 urban <br />development area and adequate area for septic tank <br />construction and re-construction in the la'ansitional a~d <br />rural development areas.
