The Planning Commission has already <br />reviewed the Subdivision Ordinance, the Business and Employment Districts, and the <br />Administration and Definition sections of Chapter 9. Staff is now bring-ing forward <br />additional sections of Chapter 9 for your review. The following item is included: <br /> <br />Proposed Amendments to Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land), Section <br />9.11 (Performance Standards), Section 9.12 (Sigmas), Section 9.13 (Soils), and <br />Section 9.14 (Solid Waste) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Loren Gordon of Hoisington and Koegler Group will be at the Planning Commission <br />meeting to review the proposed changes to the Performance Standards, Sign, Soils, and <br />Solid Waste Ordinances. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Please review: the enclosed materials and '-be prepared to discuss the propbsed <br />amendments with Loren' Gordon and City Staff. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Will be based on discussion. <br /> <br />PC: 5/01/03 <br /> <br />47 <br /> <br /> <br />
