Subd. 4. Can'd;.tianal Usetlome Occupation Permits. They are nor transferable <br />from person to person or from address to address. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. Complaints seeking the revocation <br />of such permit shall be flied with the Administrator and may be <br />initiated by the Planning Commission or any three residents of the <br />block (both sides where the home occupation is being conducted). <br />Ail such revocation hearings shall be conducted in accordance with <br />{}9.03.04. Manufactured houses may 'be located within <br />residential zoning districts within the City upon compliance with the following conditions and <br />upon compliance with all other conditions of the City Code except those City Code conditions <br />which may be at variance with the following conditions: <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Manufactured houses shall comply with all zoning regulations <br />for the zone in which they are located. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. A building permit and any other required permits shall be obtained for <br />such manufactured housing. <br /> <br /> <br />
