9.11.10~ Off-street Parking Spaces Required. Off-street parking spaces shall be <br />provided in accordance with the specifications in this City Code in any district whenever any new <br />use is established' or existing use is enlarged. Screening as described in §9.11.09 herein may be <br />required where it is necessary to protect the aesthetic charac;eristJcs of residential neighborhoods <br />(one space equals 300 square feet). <br /> <br />Subd. l.
