I I I I Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-05- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO ESTABLISH 'AN IN HOME MESSAGE THERAPY BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7136 159TM LANE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #03-05- adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, .as follows: On May 27, 2003 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Florence Kahlstorf ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a one person massage therapy business in the dwelling on the property generally known as 7136 159th Lane and legally described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest comer of said Southwest Quarter; thence south along the west line thereof a distance of 1000.35 feet; thence east parallel with the north line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 246.95 feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence continue east parallel with said Southwest Quarter a distance of 317.64 feet to the south line of the north half of said Southwest Quarter (as measured on the east and west lines thereof); thence west along said south line a distance of 125.0 feet; thence north parallel to said east line. ("Subj ect Property:") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code, The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a massage therapy business on the Subject Property. Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at the same address and desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect shall be given to the Community Development Department and the City Council may authorize continuation of the Permit without further hearing.
