142 <br /> <br />(a) By resolution adopt findings of fact and conclusions that support <br /> approval of the requested conditional use permit. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />By resolution authorize the issuance of a conditional use permit. <br />The resolution should list any condition or conditions that the <br />Council considers necessary to meet the purpose of this Chapter <br />and protect the public health, safety and welfare. <br /> <br />2. Denial <br /> <br />(a) By resolution adopt findings of fact and conclusions that support <br /> denial of the requested conditional use permit. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />B,, .... ~"+;~ motion deny the issuance of a conditional use <br />permit. This resc!'ati'cn motion to deny shall be considered as the <br />Council's final action on the request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Whenever an application for a conditional use permit has been considered <br />and denied by the Council, a similar application for the conditional use <br />permit affecting substantially the same parcel or parcels shall not be <br />considered again by the Council for at least one year from the date of its <br />denial. The Council may permit the submittal of a new request for a <br />conditional use permit within one year of denial if it finds that the new <br />request or circumstances surrounding the new. request have changed <br />significantly. <br /> <br />If a request for conditional use permit receives approval of the Council, the <br />Ciw Staff at the .applicants expense shall record such with the Anoka <br />County Recorder's Office. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Information Requirement. The information required for all <br />conditional use permit applications generally consists of the following items, and shall be <br />submitted when applicable or requested by the City: <br /> <br />a. Site Development Plan: <br /> <br />Location of all buildings on parcels including both existing and <br />proposed structures. <br /> <br />Location of all adjacent buildings located within 350 150 feet of <br />the exterior boundaries of the property in question. <br /> <br />3. Location and number of existing and proposed parking spaces. <br /> <br />4.
