148 <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Termination. An interim use permit shall terminate upon the <br />occurrence of any of the following events; whichever first occurs: <br /> <br />a. The date stated in the permit; or <br /> <br />A violation of conditions and subsequent revocation of permit in <br />accordance with procedures provided for in Section 9.04.04; or <br /> <br />Revocation resulting from a cessation of the interim use for 30 <br />consecutiVe days. <br /> <br />9.03.075 Variances <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Purpose. The purpose of this Chapter is to provide for <br />deviations from the literal provisions of this Chapter in instances where their strict enforcement <br />would cause undue hardship or practical difficulty because of circumstances unique to the' <br />individual property under consideration, and to grant such variances only when it is <br />demonstrated that such actions will be in keeping with the spirit and intent of this Chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. However, any action of the Board of Adjustment <br />may be appealed to the Council by any affected person if notice of such an <br />appeal is received by the Zoning Administrator within ten (10) days of the <br />final action of the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />Review Criteria.
