Storm sewer catch basins, invert <br /> elevations, and storage areas. <br /> <br />(j) Proposed road profile. <br /> <br />(k) Location of all existing trees, type, diameter, and which trees will <br /> be removed. <br /> <br />(l) Requests for variance in non-residential areas must submit a site <br /> plan information in accordance with §9.03.067_ of this Chapter. I <br /> <br />Proof of Ownership or Authorization.
