One overstory tree shall be planted every 35 feet in <br />the boulevard along every street frontage. The <br />number of overstory trees needed for boulevard <br />plantings may be deducted from the overstory tree <br />requirement in (ii) above. <br /> <br />v. Grading. <br /> <br />Final slope ~,n'ades shall not exceed 3.5:1 unless <br />terracing of retaininc, walls are approved. <br /> <br />Berming for parking lots and-open space areas shall <br />not exceed 3:1. <br /> <br />vi.
