Bufferyards. Buffervards are greenspace re'cas intended to <br />provide additional screenin~ of businesses that are adiancent to <br /> <br />residential areas. The follow/ng 'table details the width of the <br />buffervard along the common adjacent propert,v line. <br />additional incre~e of landscape plantings would be required in <br />the buffervard. Screening. <br /> <br />When adiacent to residentially zoned/used property, there <br />shall be screening provided alone the boundary of the <br />residential pro'pertv.
