Bufferyards. Buffervards are greenspace re'cas intended to <br />provide additional screenin~ of businesses that are adiancent to <br /> <br />residential areas. The follow/ng 'table details the width of the <br />buffervard along the common adjacent propert,v line. <br />additional incre~e of landscape plantings would be required in <br />the buffervard. Screening. <br /> <br />When adiacent to residentially zoned/used property, there <br />shall be screening provided alone the boundary of the <br />residential pro'pertv. Screenimz shall also be provided <br />where a use or parking lot is across the street ,from a <br />residential zone (but not on that side of the business <br />considered to be the ,front). Screening shall consist of one <br />or more of the following: Vegetation, Berms, Decorative <br />fencing. <br /> <br />Screening shall be such that the use is obstructed from view <br /> <br />from the residential property. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Screening shall be not less than five (5) feet high, except <br />that all screenin.~ within gventy (20) feet of anv driveway <br />or street right-of-way shall be less than thirW-six (36') <br />inches in height above the curb or center of the street. <br />Screening shall be placed along.property lines. <br /> <br />e.
