Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />DARYL AND CAROL RICHMOND TO EXCEED THE SIZE RESTRICTIONS FOR <br />DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON PROPERTIES LOCATED OUTSIDE THE <br />METROPOLITAN URBAN SERVICE AREA 0VIUSA) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Daryl and Carol Richmond (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />conditional use permit to construct an accessory structure that will exceed the size limits <br />established in Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code on the property generally known as <br />17623 Marmoset St. NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />· Lot 3, Block 4, Countryside Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on May 1, <br />2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact # a conditional use permit to construct an <br />accessory structure on the Subject Property that will exceed the size restrictions is hereby <br />denied. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council on this the <br />13'~' day of May, 2003. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br />By: By: <br /> <br />Mayor City Clerk <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br /> <br />
