Application for permits shall be made upon forms provided by the <br />Zoning Administrator and shall state or have attached thereto the following information: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />The names, addresse, s, and telephone numbers of~ the applicant, the owner of the <br />parcel on which the s!gn is to' be erected o_r affixed, the owner of the sign, and the <br />person to be erecting or affixing the sign. <br /> <br />b. The <br />drawing showing such position shall be prepared "to scale." <br /> <br />Blueprint or ink drawing of the plans and specifications, and method of construction <br />'or attachment to the building or in the ground, including all dimensions, locating all <br />light sources, wattage, type, and color of lights and details of any light shields or <br />shades. <br /> <br />go <br /> <br />Copy of stress sheets and calculations, showing the structure is designated for dead <br />load and wind velocity in the amount required by this and all other ordinances of <br />the City, if required by the Zoning Administrator or Building Official.
