Wetland - means a surface water feature classified as a wetland in the <br />publication entitled "Classification of Wetlands and Deep Water Habitats of the United <br />States," written and published by the United States fish and Wildlife Service biological <br />Services Program, FWS 035-71/31, December 1979, which is incorporated by reference. <br />The publication is not subject to frequent change. <br /> <br />9.14.04 Term of Permits. Ail Conditional Use Permits shall be valid for a <br />specified term not exceeding five (5) years. The permit shall be subject to annual review <br />for conformance with this City Code and performance of the permit holder. The Council <br />may also require a performance bond, cash escrow, letter of credit or other financial <br />assurance from the landowner or operator to guarantee conformance with these <br />regulations. All property owners and residents within 1,000 feet of the site shall be <br />notified of the annual conditionals use permit review. <br /> <br />9.14.05 Information Required. The applicant shall provide to the City three (3) <br />copies' of all information submitted .to MPCA--'for pre-application and application <br />requirements for permits outlined in MR 7001. <br /> <br />The following information shall also be provided by the persons requesting the permit: <br /> <br />a. Name, address and phone number of person requesting the permit. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Exact legal property description and acreage of the site. <br /> <br />The following maps of the Site which include all areas within one <br />quarter mile (1,320 feet) of the site. All maps shall be drawn at a <br />scale of no greater than 1 (one) inch to 300 feet and contain contour <br />lines at two (2) foot intervals unless otherwise stated below: <br /> <br />1. Map A - Existing Conditions to include: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Existing homes, buildings and structures, lakes, ponds, <br />watercourses, wetlands, drainage, sinkholes, rock out- <br />croppings, roadways, easements, vegetation, public parks, <br />and other applicable details. <br /> <br />(b) Existing wells and water table elevations. <br /> <br />(c) Existing land use and zoning. <br /> <br />(d) Normal high water mark of any lake, pond or fl6wage <br /> and regional flood plain location. <br /> <br />(e) Existing airport airspace requirements. <br /> <br />(f) Existing elevations and topography of the site. <br /> <br />9-118 <br /> <br />293 <br /> <br /> <br />
