P14 <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy indicated he was sorry for going backward, but he has an issue with the <br />'practical difficulty' statement added to variances. He stated he would ask that standards of what <br />that could include or a definition to be added. He feels this is too arbitrary without something to <br />gauge it by. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Chairperson Nixt, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
