Citizen Input There was none. Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Zimmerman, Elvig, Cook, Kurak, Pearson, Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. The public hearing closed at 7:30 p.m. Council Business The regular meeting of the City Council was called back to order at 7:30 p.m. City Engineer Jankowski noted that staff would be bringing forward bids and specifications for the projects in May. Case #2: Request for Vacation of Easements; Case of Turtle Moon, Inc. Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:30 p.m. Public Hearing Presentation Associate Planner Wald stated that the City Council would be reviewing the final plat for Rivenwick 3rd Addition at their March 11, 2003 meeting. The Rivenwick 3rd Addition Plat is a replat of outlots that were platted as part of the Rivenwick addition single-family development. The existing outlots contain the standard drainage and utility easements around the perimeter of each outlot. Now the property is proposing to be replatted as Rivenwick 3rd Addition, a 112- townhouse development, which will contain new drainage and utility easements around all common areas, drainage ponds, and public utilities.
