Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Kurak, Elvig, Cook, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Rezone a Portion of the Proposed Plat of Rivenwick 3ra <br />Addition from B-1 Business to R-2 Medium Density Residential; Case of <br />Turtle Moon, Inc. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald stated that on January 14, 2003, the City Council adopted a findings'of <br />fact and introduced an ordinance to rezone a portion of the proposed plat of Rivenwick 3rd <br />Addition from B-1 Business to R-2 Medium Density Residential. The rezoning will facilitate the <br />development of the subject propmnty with 112 townhouse units. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Ordinance #03- <br />05 to rezone a portion of Outlot B Rivenwick from B-1 Business to R-2 Medium Density <br />Residential. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak aye <br />Councilmember Pearson aye <br />Councilmember Elvig aye <br />Councilmember Strommen aye <br />Councilmember Cook aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #5: Proposed Ordinance to Amend City Code Chapter 8 (Building and Housing) <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that Section 8.01 of Chapter 8 in the City Code <br />calls out which version of the State Building Code is being administered and enforced.
