COUNCIL BUSINESS Case #1: Adopt Ordinance to Vacate Easements in Wildlife Sanctuary Addition; Case of Oakwood Land Development, Inc. Community Development Director Frolik stated that on March 25, 2003, the City Council conducted a public hearing and introduced an ordinance to vacate the underlying easements in Wildlife Sanctuary 2nd Addition. Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Ordinance #03- 09 to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in Wildlife Sanctuary. A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: Councilmember Cook aye Councilmember Zimmerman aye Councilmember Kurak aye Councilmember Strommen aye Councilmember Pearson aye Councilmember Elvig aye Mayor Gamec aye Motion carried. Case #2: Adopt Ordinance to Change Street Names in Highlands at River Park and Highlands at River Park 2"a Addition; Case of City of Ramsey Community Development Director Frolik stated that on March 25, 2003, the City Council conducted a public hearing and introduced an ordinance to eliminate the 'north' and 'south' preface from Yakima Court NW in Highlands at River Park and Highlands at River Park 2nd Addition. Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Ordinance #03-10 changing North Yakima Court NW to Yakima Court NW and South Yakima Court NW to Yakima Court NW, all in the recorded plats of Highlands at River Park and Highlaads at River Park 2nd Addition.
