The room in <br />which the home occupation will take place is .312 square feet (24 x 13) in size, which equates to <br />10% (312 / 2,872) of the gross floor area. Florence will be the sole employee and she expects to <br />service a maximum of 1-2 clients per day. She would like to operate Monday - Sunday 7:00am <br />- 9:00pm. The in home massage therapy business will be secondary to her main employment as a' <br />massage therapist in a clinic or chiropractic office. <br /> <br />The City has issued several similar home occupation permits in the past. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the request. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt Findings of Fact relating to Florence <br />Kahlstorf's request for a home occupation permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
