Since 149th is <br /> recommended to be converted from a cul-de-sac to a through street, sidewalks and trail <br /> connections are certain to be an item for discussion at the Park Commission meeting. <br /> <br />12. Tree Plan. There is no significant tree cover on the site. The addition of two 2.5 inch dbh <br /> trees to each lot will be required in the development agreement. <br /> <br />13. Park Dedication: The sketch plan will be forwarded to the May Park and Recreation <br /> Commission meeting for a recommendation on park dedication. The City has the option for <br /> cash, land, or a combination of the two. The current cash payment rate for park dedication is <br /> $1,800 per new lot created. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2003, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station No. 1, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review your sketch plan. A copy of <br />the case cover sheet is enclosed.
