<br />Certain Improvements. The owner or subdivider, engaged in the

<br />subdivision. Ci~ required oversizing of in~ast~cmre beyond the
<br />appropriate standa,d residential or co~ercial equivalent shall be eligible
<br />for ~nding by the Ci~. Source of City hnding shall not be a dete~inate
<br />of 5nanciaI p~icipation. '

<br />The bond or letter of credit financial sureW guaranteeing payment of

<br /> Subd. 6. Subdivider May Perform Work, Election. The owner or
<br />subdivider may elect to construct the improvements required by this Section at his own expense
<br />and without City participation in the expense thereof· In such event, the owner or subdivider
<br />may retain an engineer and contractor to plan, design and install such scrvicosimprovements,
<br />subject to review and inspection, by the' City Engineer. The estimated cost of the improvements,
<br />including the administrative charges of the City for supervision and inspection, shall be included
<br />in the owner or subdivider's contract Development A,2reement with the City pursuant to §9.50:50
