Garage, Primary Residential - A garage attached to the principal <br />building or dwelling, or a detached garage where an attached garage does not exist, <br />intended for the storage of Yehicles and items accessory to the principal use of the <br />property. Primary garages, attached or detached, shall be considered accessory buildings. <br />An attached garage shall not be considered a part of the principal building or dwelling for <br />home occupation purposes. <br /> <br />Grade - The vertical rise or drop from any fixed horizontal line or point. <br /> <br />Grading - Changing the natural or existing topography of land. <br /> <br /> Home Occupation - Any business or commercial activity that is <br />conducted or petitioned to be conducted from the principal structure ot~ the property that <br />is zoned for residential use, by persons residing on the property. <br /> <br /> Horse Boarding, Commercial - The housing or keeping of horses for <br />profit.
