Duration of Conditional Use Permits. A conditional use permit <br />shall remain in effect as long as the conditions agreed upon are observed and the permit 'holder is <br />in compliance with all other regulations or standards of this Chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 7. Performance Security <br /> <br />Upon approval of a conditional use permit and' when deemed necessary, the <br />Permittee shall provide the City with a financial surety, in an amount and form <br />determined to be acceptable to the City.
