An interim use permit shall terminate upon the <br />occurrence of any of the fOllowing events; whichever first occurs: <br /> <br />The date stated in the permit; or <br /> <br />A violation of conditions and subsequent revocation of permit in <br />accordance with procedures provided for in Section 9:04.04; or <br /> <br />c. Revocation resulting from a cessation of the interim use for 30 <br /> consecutive days. .. : <br /> <br />9.03.07~ Variances <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Purpose. The purpose of this Chapter is to provide for <br />deviations from the literal-provisions of this ChaPter in instances where their strict enforcement <br />would cause undue hardship or practical, difficulty because of circumstances unique to the <br />individual property under consideration, and to ~ant such variances only when it is <br />demonstrated that such actions will be in keeping with the spirit and intent of this Chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 2.
