Plantin_,2 Types. Acceptable plantings shall be determined by the Citv of Ramsev plantin~ schedule. -The compliment of trees fulfilling the landscaping requirements shall benot less than 25 percent deciduous and lot less tlian 25 percent coniferous. No more than ~2 ,o of' the required plantitms shall consist of ornamental treesl iv. Grading. Final slope ~ades shall not exceed 3.5'1 mfless terracin~ ofretainin~ walls are approved. Benning for parking lots and open space areas shall not exceed 3: l. iv. Soddin= and Ground Cover. All areas not other wise improved in accordance with approved site plans shall be sodded. iv. Parking Lot Landscaping. All parking lots are required to provide internal overstorv tree plantinzs in an effort to shade parkinz surfaces and provide visual relief. Plantings are required at the following minimum schedule. The plantin~ schedule is established to provide an acceptable number of plantinzs that may be planted in re~oxdar symmetr/cal patterns or irreaular clusters or aroupinas. 1 tree per every 10 parking spaces.
