Staff inadvertently omitted another section that is ready to <br />be reviewed, Public Facilities District. Therefore, the draft of the Public Facilities District is being <br />forwarded to you under separate cover with this memo and it will be a discussion item on Apdl 3 along <br />with the other draft sections. <br /> <br /> <br />
