The escrow is applied to <br />costs incun'ed by the city, in employing the services of the cit'; cr..ginccr, a~omc;'sCit¥ Staff: <br />attorneys and other professional consultants in connection with the review of said sketch plan. <br />However, the said deposit may also be used to reimburse the city for the expense of employing <br />the services of the city enaineer, attorneys and other professional consultants in connection- With <br />the review of the preliminary plat and final plat as prescribed in this Chapter. If said escrow is <br />not sufficient to defray the above expenses, additional monies will be required prior to final <br />action on the plat, and if. in the opinion of the Zonina Administrator. the deposit is depleted such <br />that it is unlikely to be sufficient to meet the remainimz anticipated expenses, the subdivider shall <br />be required to deposit an amount sufficient to bring the account to a positive balance of, prior to <br />any further action on the plat. If after final 'action on the proposed subdivision, a surplus balance <br />remains in the city's accounts, said surplus balance shall be refunded to the subdivider The. ~aict <br />deposit shall be in addition to the fees prescribed elsewhere in this Chapter. 9.50.02 <br /> <br />9.50.02 <br /> <br />c~ .... k ....... Nlalo~ Plat <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Procedure. Prior to dividing any tract of land int¢ two or <br />-,-,,,- ...... ~,~,~ ............ ~', v",'-'-o~o ,,,^c ~,,~, the subdivider shall submit a sketch plan for review by the planning <br />commission. At the time of submission of the sketch plan, the subdivider of the land covered by <br />the sketch plan shall submit a petition for rezoning to the proposed, use of said land; if the land is <br />not already so zoned.
