56 <br /> <br />5. Additional information as requested by the City <br /> <br />9.50.04 <br /> <br />f. Preliminary Plat Re-subdivision. For all subdivisions south of Trott Brook <br /> <br />the preliminary plat shall show a feasible plan for future re-subdivision by <br />which lots may be re-subdivided to meet the size and dimension standards of <br /> <br />lots in areas sewed by public water and sanitary sewer systems. <br /> <br />9.50.04 Final Plat <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Procedure. Prior to the Council approval of a final plat, <br />the following procedures shall be followed: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br /> Following approval of the preliminary plat by the Council, the Zoning <br /> Administrator shall promptly notify the subdivider of said app. ' ' <br /> furnish him with a- ccaifi.ed copy of the resolution approving prelim 9.50.04 <br />Within one (1) year following approval of the preliminary plat, unless a mum- <br />.vea.r.phasing plan is approved by City. Thereafter, <br />the Council may extend the period upon written application by the subdivider <br />and subject to all applicable performance conditions and requirements, or the <br />Council may require submission of a new application unless the Council finds <br />that substantial activity and investment has occurred in reasonable reliance on <br />the approved application and the subdivider will suffer substantial financial <br />damage as a consequence of a requirement to submit a new application.
