Upon completion of installation of all 'required <br />improvements, the subdivider shall file with the City_ copies of plans <br />and specifications showing ail improVements as finally constructed <br />and installed in both digital and paper fmTn as required by the City <br />Enaineer. Such as-built drawinas shall be certified to be. true and <br />accurate by the re~stered engineer responsible tbr the installation of <br />the improvements. <br /> <br />Escrow of ReqUired Deposits. Ail sums deposited with the City in <br />accordance with this Section shall be kept in separate funds which <br />funds shall be encumbered and earmarked for the later construction of <br />t. he particular improvements within the particular Subdivision..
