The Council will discuss <br />the CIP during a work session in February. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Consider Transportation Consulting and Advocacy Services <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council direct staff to negotiate the <br />contract with Mr. Tinklenberg and bring it back for final authorization and that the City <br />Council join the Minnesota Transportation Alliance. <br /> <br />$) <br /> <br />Decide Whether or not to Waive Statutory Liability Limits for Insurance <br />Application <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council not waive the monetary <br />limits on municipal tort liability by Minnesota Statutes 466.06. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to ratify the recommendations of <br />the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Cook, Elvig, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimme~znan.
