CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting' on Tuesday, January 28, 2003, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number II, 15050 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Councilmember TOdd Cook <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi NelSon <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to. order at 7:00 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Elvig to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CEREMONIAL SWEARING IN FOR PATROL OFFICER, GINA WIELER <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec reminded snowmobilers to obey the laws and resPect other People's property. <br /> <br />Ed Hamilton, 6615 Highway/ti 0, Ramsey, expressed disappointment with the Council's action <br />to not televise work sessions. He stated that the storm water utility was discussed for about a <br />year during work sessions and than all of a sudden it was implemented. Is seems: as if the <br />Council is hiding things.
