Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi NelSon <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to. order at 7:00 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Elvig to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CEREMONIAL SWEARING IN FOR PATROL OFFICER, GINA WIELER <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec reminded snowmobilers to obey the laws and resPect other People's property. <br /> <br />Ed Hamilton, 6615 Highway/ti 0, Ramsey, expressed disappointment with the Council's action <br />to not televise work sessions. He stated that the storm water utility was discussed for about a <br />year during work sessions and than all of a sudden it was implemented. Is seems: as if the <br />Council is hiding things.
