30 <br /> <br />Dale Wirz, 17201 St. Francis Boulevard stated that this idea has been done in neighboring cities. <br />He indicated he would put in the well and Sewer systems, which he does for a living, and it could <br />be monitored bY the city. He stated it would be installed in such a way that when City sewer and <br />water was available the City would not have to tear up the streets, it would be ready to hook up <br />with minimal work. He stated he has spoken with the Met Council, who referred him to Dayton, <br />Where this has been done in farm areas so part of the land could continue to be farmed. He stated <br />he doesn't have any drawing Or anything, as he is just starting the process and looking for input.
