32 Chairperson Nixt stated it was hard to comment on those now, as they need more i'nformation. He added Mr. Wirz could use open space to help mitigate smaller issues. Commissioner Watson askedwho would be assessed when City sewer and water came in. Mr. Wirz stated it would be ready to be hooked up, without tearing up the streets, so he does not believe assessment would be necessary at that time. A motion was made by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Chairperson Nixt, to table the request for sketch plan review of River Park.
