I <br /> <br /> 9.50.03 <br /> <br />The Ci_ty En~neer and Zoning Administrator shall submit their' reports to the' <br />Council and shall state whether the preliminary plat and the imProvements' <br />conform to the engineering and desi.um' standards and City Code requirements. <br /> <br />e. The planning commission shall hold a public heating on said preliminary <br />plat. Notice of public heating shall be published in the official newspaper of. <br />the city and sent to property owners.within 350 feet'of the Property to be.' <br />subdivided at 'least ten days prior to the hearing' date. Public notice shall <br />consist of a general description of the proposal, the-time, date and. place-of.. <br />heating. For the. purpose of notification, ownership of property within 350 <br />feet shall be determined by properW ownership-records on file at Anoka <br /> <br />publications as required hereunder Shall be done by the Zoning Administrator <br />and shall be paid by the subdivider. The planning commission shall conduct <br />the hearing on the preliminary plat and shat'l make its report to the Council at <br />its next'meeting which falls at least 14' days after the planning commission's <br />public hearing. It shall be the duty of the planning commission to determine <br />whether the preliminary plat Conforms with or exceeds the design standards <br />established by this Chapter. The decision of the planning' commission with <br />regard thereto,, together with its recommendations, shall be included in its <br />report to the Council. <br /> <br />__f. After the Council receives the report of the planning commission, the <br /> council shall act to approve or disapprove the preliminary plat.
