The planning commission shall hold a public heating on said preliminary <br />plat. Notice of public heating shall be published in the official newspaper of. <br />the city and sent to property owners.within 350 feet'of the Property to be.' <br />subdivided at 'least ten days prior to the hearing' date. Public notice shall <br />consist of a general description of the proposal, the-time, date and. place-of.. <br />heating.
