Procedure. ·Prior to dividinz any tract of lan& the <br />subdivider shall submit a sketch plan for review by the pPlanning eCommission. At the time of <br />submission of the sketch.plan, the subdivider of the land covered by the sketch plan shall submit <br />a petition for rezoning to the proposed use of said land, if the land. is not already so zoned. The <br />o~mer of said land shall join in said petition. ' <br /> <br /> a. The subdivider shall sufficient number .of copies of the sketch plan with the <br /> Zonh~A Administrator at' least thirty (30) calendar days before the next regular <br /> monthly meetinz of the planning corm'nission at which meeting said sketch <br /> plan shall be considered. ' . ' · <br /> <br /> b. The Zoninz Administrator shall distribute the copies of the sketch plan to'the <br /> appropriate individuals. <br /> <br /> c. The Ci..ty Engineer and. Zoning Administrator shall submit their reports to the <br /> Council and shall state whether 'the sketch plan and the improvements <br /> conform to the en~n.eerin~, and desizn standards and-City Code requirements. <br /> <br /> d. The .planning commissmn .shall consider the sketch plan. the Zonin,g <br /> Administrator's report, the en.gineer's report and any other pertinent <br /> information which they may wish to consider.
