To be etig~ble for' park dedication credit, any L~5~'-?_ <br />dedicated as a-requirement of this Section shall be useable, <br />developable land for '.'.ac for park and recreation purposes and shall <br />be at a location, convenient to the people to be served. For purposes <br />of park'land dedication, wetlands are' not eli~ble. <br /> <br />The developer shall provide the City with a reproduction of the <br />certificate of survey that shows all .features as accepted on the final <br />grading plans. Such plan' shall be received prior to release of <br />maintenance guarantees. <br /> <br />Cash Payment. In lieu of land dedication, the Council may require-the <br />subdivider to contribute a cash payment.
