The subdivider shall submit a topographical,' site, .~radin~. and. <br /> landscape plan prepared by a re~stered engineer or landsCape <br /> architect to the Ci _ty 'for' approval during, the preliminary Plat'process. <br /> <br />Credit may be .~iven for some of the following: ' <br /> <br />1. Construct and pave trails, which are identified, by the City as acceSsible <br /> bikeway/walkway. 'trails in accordance with City Standards <br /> concurrently with. the roads'in their developments (i.e., grz "' <br /> site' grading and paving with street or parking lot paving). 9.50.30 <br /> provide aPpropriate surfacing, as approved bY the Park and Recreation <br /> Commission, of trails identified by the City as horse or wilderness <br /> <br />3. Complete, construct, and pave walkways. Which may.be.required as <br />a trail link connector in accordance with City Standards.
