I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-02- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE' OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH AN IN HOME HAIR SALON ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />16321 FERRET STREET NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br />Fact # <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #03-02- adopting Findings of <br />__ for this use and herein approves the Home Occupatio,n Permit.. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as follows: <br /> <br />On February 18, 2003 a Home Occupation. Permit. ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Janis Day ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a one chair hair salon <br />in the dwelling on the property generally known as 16321 Ferret Street and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 17, Block 4, Oakridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a one-chair hair <br />salon on the Subject Property. '" <br /> <br />Should the Permit-tee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%). of the <br />total floor area of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply to the Subject Property shall be the responsibility of the Permit <br />Holder. <br /> <br />The Permitee is responsible for obtaining the aPPropriate Minnesota PollUtion Control <br />Agency permit for on-site sewage disposal. <br /> <br /> <br />
