Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION//02-12- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO E-Z AUTO SALES, INC., TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE SALES LOT ON AN UNIMPROVED SURFACE FOR AN INTERIM PERIOD OF TIME, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # ; AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, Todd Bialon of E-Z Auto Sales, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit (" Permit") to operate a motor vehicle sales lot on an unimproved surface for an interim period of time on the proposed generally known as 7751 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point of imersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with the southerly right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence southerly along said west line of said' Northeast Quarter of the.
