Councilmember introduced the foliowing resolution and moved for its adOPtion: RESOLUTION #02-12- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #' RELATING TO A REQUEST FROM E-Z AUTO SALES, INC. TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE SALES LOT ON AN UNIMPROVED SURFACE FOR AN INTERIM PERIOD OF TIME. WHEREAS, Todd Bialon of E-Z Auto Sales, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "AppliCant'', has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit to operate a motor vehicle sales lot on an unimproved surface for an interim period of time on the property generally known as 7751 Hwy. #10 N. Wi and legally described as follows: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with the southerly right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence southerly along said west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to its interection with.the northerly right-of-Way line of U.S. Trunk Highway No. i0; thence southeasterly .along said northerly fight-of-way lineof said U.S. Trunk Highway No. 10 a distance of 300.00 feet; thence northerly to a point on said southerly fight-of-way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad, distant 366.80 feet southeasterly from the point of beginning; thence northwesterly along said southerly right-of-way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad to the point of beginning. and That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter the Southwest Quarter with the southerly right-of-way line of the Burlington.
