TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE <br />SALES LOT ON AN UNIMPROVED SURFACE FOR AN INTERIM PERIOD OF TIME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Todd Bialon of E-Z Auto Sales, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "AppliCant'', <br />has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit to operate a <br />motor vehicle sales lot on an unimproved surface for an interim period of time on the property <br />generally known as 7751 Hwy. #10 N.
