Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following res°lution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-11- <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME ·OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH AN IN HOME HAIR SALON ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />6210 179IIt LANE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br />Fact # <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution # adopting Findings of <br />__ for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: - <br /> <br />On November __., 2002 a Home Occupation Permit (,'Permit") was issued by the City of <br />Ramsey ("City") to Pamela Boshea ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a one <br />chair hair salon in the dwelling on the property generally known as 6210 179th Lane and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 5, Rodeo Hills Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a one chair hair <br />salon on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />Should the Permit~ee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a Surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. . <br /> <br />The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />total floor area of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder <br /> <br />There shall be no exterior or interior display of business signs. <br /> <br /> <br />
