Anderson <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Principal City Engineer Bran Olson <br />Sergeant Jim Way <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at ~7:05 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec remembered all the victims of 9-11 and requested that everyone stand in a <br />moment of silence. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson read the hymn "When Terror Streaks Through Morning Skys" in <br />honor of the 9-11 victims. <br /> <br />Environmental Task Force Presentation <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec explained that approximately two months ago a committee was created by the <br />Council to discuss environmental issues. <br /> <br />Joe McDilda, 14321 Neon Street NW, Ramsey, stated that he was the Chairman of the <br />Environmental Policy Task Force.
