i <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Fredrick rep'lied that there are times that they receive the Ramsey Resident after the meeting <br />was already held. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that stuff tries their best to get the notification out to the residents. <br /> <br />Todd Cook, Park Commission Chairperson, 17359 Puma Street NW, Ramsey, explained that the <br />Park Commission held a joint meeting with the Horse Care Board to discuss the future of Trap <br />Rock Park. The meeting that was being held was to discuss the issues'that came out of thatjoint <br />meeting. Currently the issue is in the hands of the Park Commission and if they decide to do <br />something with the park there will be notification to the residents so that they can come before <br />the Commission to be part of any new development. <br /> <br />Marguerite Henke, 14311 Armstrong Boulevard, stated that she was a member of the Charter <br />Commission and wanted to address Case #9. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that the issue is on the agenda. <br /> <br />Ms. Henke stated that she is requesting that the item be tabled. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that she could make that request during the discussion of the case. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired if they could move Case #9 up on the agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that there were several issues on the agenda and' he would prefer to <br />proceed with the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson requested that Consent item #7 be pulled and addressed under Mayor <br />and Council input. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to approve the <br />agenda as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Anderson, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by <br />following items on the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />CounCilmember <br /> <br />Anderson, to approve the <br /> <br />City Council/September 11, 2002 <br /> Page 6 of 31 <br /> <br />P49 <br /> <br /> <br />
