If <br />the City would choose to become a member of that plan, the amendment would clarify that <br />option. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman noted that all members of LOGIS would have to approve the <br />amendment. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to adopt Resolution <br />#02-09-209 Relating to Local Government Information Systems; Authorizing the Execution and <br />Delivery of Second Amendment to the Joint and Cooperative Agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Anderson, Hendriksen, <br />Kurak, and Zimmerman.
