I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I' <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />MAINTAIN TWO PRINICPAL STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />13745 SUNFISH LAKE BOULEVARD, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , AND <br />.DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Larry Hickman, hereinafter referred to a~ "Permittee", has properly'applied <br />to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an interim use permit (Permit) to maintain two principal <br />structures on property located at 13745 Sunfish Lake Blvd. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, excepting therefrom <br />seven (7) parcels thereof, described as follows: <br /> <br />lSt: Commencing at the northeast comer of the Northwest Quarter of said SectiOn <br />35, said Township and Range thence running west along the north boundary line of <br />said Northwest Quarter 51 rods; thence nmning south and parallel with the east <br />boundary line of said Northwest Quarter to the line of the Northern Pacific Railway <br />Company; thence nmning easterly and parallel with the said railway to the south line <br />of said Northwest Quarter; thence running east along the south line of said Nortwest <br />Quarter to the southeast comer thereof; thence mrming north along the east line of. <br />said Northwest Quarter to the place of beginning. <br /> <br />2nil: A strip heretofore conveyed to the First Division of the Saint Paul & Pacific <br />Railroad Company, 50 feet in width on either side of and parallel witht the centerline <br />of the track of said Railway Company. ' <br /> <br />3rd: The right-of-way of the Northern Pacific Railway Company. <br /> <br />4th: All the portion of said Northwest Quarter lying and being south of the united <br />States Military Road, so-called. <br /> <br />5th: Beginning at a point on the southline of said Northwest Quarter distant 1195 <br />feet east from the Southwest comer of said Northwest Quarter; thence on an <br />assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 01 minutes 41 seconds east, along said south <br />line, a distance of 689.68 feet to the intersection with the southwesterly fight-of-way <br />line of the Burlington Northern, Inc. (formerly Saint Paul & Pacific Railroad <br />Company); thence north 66 degrees 40 minutes 46 seconds west, along said right-of- <br />way line, a distance of 647.80 feet to the intersection with a line beating north 19 <br />degrees 27 minutes 07 seconds east from the point ofbegirming; thence south. 19 <br />degrees 27 minutes 07 seconds west a distance of 284.38 feet to the point of : <br />beginning. (Said tract is also known as part of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96) <br /> <br />6th: That part of Section 35, Township 32, north, Range 25 west, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows to - wit: Beginning at a point on the north line of <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br /> <br />
