At a minimum, the Developer has anticipated the cr)ntinuance of <br />the trail along the north side of Alpine Drive N.W, <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Trail Fees: The City has established a trail fee in the amount of $400.00 per lot; the rate in <br />effect at..the time of final plat approval .will be required. The e>cisting homestead is exempt <br />from this fee. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management: The City has established a storm water management fee that <br />must be paid prior to relea.qe of the final plat for recording. The Current rate is $375 per lot. <br />It should be noted that the rate in effect at the time of Final Plat will be required and the <br />existing homestead is exempt from this fee. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The preliminary plat will be reviewed by the Park-Commission on <br />November' 14. It is anticipated that a cash payment will be required to satisfy park <br />dedication. The current rate is $1,700.00 per unit; the rate in effect at the time of final plat <br />approval will be required. The existing homestead is exempt from th/s fee. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2002 at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to conduct the public hearing and <br />consider your request for preliminary plat approval.
