Trail Development: The sketch plan will be forwarded to the Park Commission for a recommendation on trails. At a minimum, the Developer has anticipated the cr)ntinuance of the trail along the north side of Alpine Drive N.W, 13. Trail Fees: The City has established a trail fee in the amount of $400.00 per lot; the rate in effect at..the time of final plat approval .will be required. The e>cisting homestead is exempt from this fee. 14. Stormwater Management: The City has established a storm water management fee that must be paid prior to relea.qe of the final plat for recording. The Current rate is $375 per lot. It should be noted that the rate in effect at the time of Final Plat will be required and the existing homestead is exempt from this fee. 15. Park Dedication: The preliminary plat will be reviewed by the Park-Commission on November' 14. It is anticipated that a cash payment will be required to satisfy park dedication. The current rate is $1,700.00 per unit; the rate in effect at the time of final plat approval will be required. The existing homestead is exempt from th/s fee. The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2002 at the Ramsey Fire Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to conduct the public hearing and consider your request for preliminary plat approval.
