WHEREAS, the City must contribute twenty percent of the grant award which equates to <br />$2,750; and <br />WHEREAS, to accept the grant funds, the City of Ramsey must enter into a Clean Water <br />Fund Grant Agreement with the Metropolitan Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1.
