July 8, 2002 <br /> <br />To The City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Re: Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />We are requesting a conditional use permit so that we can construct a garage on our <br />property where the top of the roof would be 22 feet. The need to go beyond the I6-foot <br />ordinance requirement is based upon the following. First, and most important, is to have <br />a roofline that is similar to the existing structure (house). Second, the steeper slope <br />would allow for extra storage and reduce the overall size and cost of the building.. Third, <br />we do have approximately four and one-half acres so there is enough space so that the <br />building will not impair the aesthetics of the neigJaborhood..
